BNG is developing hands-on media-learning experiences built around real production environments. The current direction includes photography, video, audio, editing, interviewing, storytelling, equipment care, production workflow, and responsible media practices.

Before BNG was formed, our founder taught media production at Central Florida Christian Academy and used real school athletics-media assignments as practical learning opportunities. Fourteen students received founder-led media-production training before BNG was established. That predecessor experience helped shape the integrated youth-development and production-learning model BNG is now working to formalize through organization-owned capacity, publication controls, and documented program delivery.

BNG works with school communities and athletic programs that lack the funding, equipment, staffing, or creative infrastructure to provide consistent media training and visibility for their students. Signed parental consent is required before any minor is named or featured as the subject of BNG media, on any platform.

Combined founder-led aligned work and early BNG organizational reach total 114 unique student-athletes across three schools and six programs from the 2024–25 school year through 2026. This is not a BNG-only post-formation service count. The schools and programs are: Central Florida Christian Academy in Ocoee, Florida, covering boys basketball, girls basketball, football and volleyball; Noble Street College Prep in Chicago, Illinois, covering baseball; and Windermere High School in Windermere, Florida, covering boys basketball.

Each student-athlete is counted once, even when covered across multiple seasons. Rosters are cross-checked against MaxPreps and coach-provided records. These figures are BNG-attested and not independently audited. Work led by our founder before BNG was formed in February 2026 is distinguished from work carried out directly by BNG since.

Mentorship at BNG happens one student at a time, inside real work. A student shadows a shoot, asks questions, takes on a small piece of it, and receives more responsibility as they show they can carry it. There is no classroom for this. There is a season, a camera, and a standard.

The students who benefit most are often not the ones struggling academically. They are the ones who can do the work but cannot yet speak up, walk into a room, or believe their contribution matters. Mentorship here is aimed at confidence and self-ownership, not at competence a student already has.

Recognition is part of the method. When a student's work is good, coaches and teammates see it under that student's name. Being seen doing something well, by people whose opinion you care about, changes how a young person carries themselves faster than being told they are capable.

Coverage is how BNG earns access. It is not the outcome. A coach who trusts us with their program and their own image opens the door to everything else we do, and development is what happens once that door is open.

Coverage includes game and event photography, video, athlete and coach features, recap content, and interviews. Across the 2025–26 seasons this included Central Florida Christian Academy's run to the FHSAA Class 1A Final Four and documented work with Windermere High School boys basketball, both of which span the founder-led period and BNG's first months. Noble Street College Prep's 2026 conference championship season and the August 2026 work with CFCA volleyball were carried out directly by BNG after its formation.

BNG does not cover every game. Mentorship, workshops, and seminars are scheduled first, and coverage fills the time that remains. An organization that covers everything has become an exposure operation, and that is not what this is.

Students who want to produce media for their own school, team, or community can learn photography, video, audio, editing, interviewing, and storytelling through BNG.

These are transferable, marketable skills. A student who can shoot, edit, plan a shoot, and conduct an interview has something to show a college, an employer, or a scholarship committee that most applicants do not.
